I grew up in a small country town and moved to Sydney to study in 2007.
I have a Bachelor of Creative Arts and a Master of Health Communication.
My '9 to 5' is working as a public servant.
I love living in the eastern suburbs and am keen to meet people and help in any way I can.

At Bored of Your Hoard, we're a one-woman show. This was an idea that came to me partly after feeling frustrated with my day job, but also after realising that I get the greatest satisfaction from helping people achieve a calmer, more organised home that they enjoy being in. I've helped countless friends with these tasks and I always get a little bit excited at the prospect of a new project.

Importantly, I'm an advocate for safe and responsible disposals. I don't just throw everything in the red bin and hope for the best. I'll help you dispose of specific items responsibly, or resell or donate them where possible. I can also help you arrange a council pickup.

I'm happy to help you clear out one cupboard, one suitcase, one drawer.
I know sometimes a task is made easier with company. And look, if we have fun doing it, I might not even charge you! But seriously, sometimes half the struggle is getting started, so I'm here for ANY job, no matter how small.

Pantry and Fridge Organisation
Say goodbye to expired food and wasted space in your pantry and fridge. I'll help you declutter and organize your pantry, so you can easily find what you need. A bit of vanilla fridge spray works wonders!
Wardrobe or Drawers Makeover
Transform your wardrobe into a space you love. I'll help you create a system that maximizes your space and brings joy to your daily routine. I have a particular interest in change of season wardrobe sorting (let's pack away your summer clothes and freshen up and hang all your winter ones), or helping you build a capsule wardrobe to take the hassle out of deciding what to wear.
Garage, Garden or Back Shed
The favoured storage option for many people as it's often 'out of sight, out of mind'.
I helped a friend tackle her large garage that hadn't been touched since her mother died many years before. We did a bit of reminiscing, and a lot of donating to charity.
I don't mind helping you with re-potting plants, pruning roses or hydrangeas, or reorganising your patio.
Other rooms of the house
Do you need ideas for making your laundry more functional?
Want to make your bathroom cupboard more accessible?
What about where to store your pet food, or upcoming bills, or all that pesky junk mail you want to read some day?
Lots of paperwork or photos you need to sort into folders?
Have a bunch of books, DVDs or records you can't part with but aren't sure how to store them?

Lastly...
I love helping people tackle those jobs they have been putting off for weeks, months, years or decades! I have always been an organiser, and I have seen the benefit of tidying up and how it enhances wellbeing and the liveability of a home. I'm just getting started on this journey and I'm keep to help you with any aspect of sorting, tidying, de-cluttering or throwing out.
There is no job too small, however there may be some that are too big.
Currently, I'm not offering the following: general cleaning services, full gardening services (although I don't mind small tasks), jobs that require more than one person. I am also not a specialised hoarding service.
